Hey, it's been a long time since I blogged.
Just been too caught up with council nowadays.
Have been staying back in school for the past week till 7 and even going out to settle council stuff as well.
Yesterday was a record time man, going to Town and leaving there at 11:30 and reaching home at 12:30.
Adding in the council performance rehearsals, it took me quite long to even figure out the basics.
Damn, the performance is only Weds and we can barely figure it out.

Despite council proving tiring and demanding, I still find it okay as it really pushes me to my limit and make me realise how precious time is.
And I am really really impressed by how the EXCO can even survive this man, they still have to co-ordinate and all and plan things wayy beforehand before we even start discussing it.
Yup, but it's good to see that no one is cracking under the strain yet.
Just all of us working together as one.

As for life outside council, I feel like a hypocrite to my class.
They have voted me into council with my hollow promises that I will join them for class outings despite council.
Oh, how great a liar I am man.
I have been skipping class outings and birthday celebrations in class for council.
take for example yesterday.
It was Kenny's birthday and I PROMISED them I would go after council meeting no matter what.
And yet, I feel like a complete ASS man.
Serving the school community at the expense of my classmates and friends sounds just like glorified bullshit.
But this is what I signed up for, so the best I can hope is that Teacher's Day would prove enjoyable to them in a meek attempt to make up for my false promises.

As for ventures, even more disappointing.
I've been trying to squeeze in my time into ventures for Saturday meetings as well.
but I got to admit my attendance is proving dismal as I simply lack the energy and time to go for them anymore.
While they are busy making the whistles for venture night, I was at council.
I've been trying,really trying to help.
Hope that the sawdusting of the whistles would help no matter how insignificant it might be.
I will see you all on Venture Night then, it's about time we relaxed as a venture group.
Not so much of planning but actually sitting down and relax, relieving our experinences we had in the past.

As for my studies, they ain't looking particularly inspiring either.
The physics SPA was screwed up with my answer of 50g so far off from the actual answer of 100g.
And the maths CA, failed it again.
Mr Kuang gave me the look of "You'd better start doing something about it" look.
Damn it, last again!
And my econs, my freaking best subject.
It's going downhill.

My life aint looking rosy at all but I still go along this motto.
"Cannot take it, also must take it"
It was something I subconsiously picked up in scouts.
If you are entrusted with responsibility or you chose to take it up, you will have to start delivering your promises and not fail them.
No matter how bad things are going.
Pray that things will start looking up man.

Today has also been a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
I totally didn't absorb anything at all.
AT ALL.
Wah, really waste time today.
So much for starting work today.
Ya today mostly tutorials, physics tut and lec were the same.
Just stoning as usual.
I actually try to listen lah but I just don't get it!

Ya, the day passed by quite slowly as a whole with no breakfast since I practically chased after the bus today.
Been happening for a week!
Got to quit this habit soon.

Yah, anyway getting installed as the 35th student council tmr.
Still can't actually believe that I am doing this.
I did tell myself at the start of orientation that I am NEVER ever going to join a hierachy based leadership type of CCA.
But look where I am now?
Right at the top, council.
Gee, I really hope I don't regret this choice of mine even though I can't do much about it right now.

Hmm, been trying to play the guitar just now but it was like an EPIC fail.
Need to practice somemore i guess and stop using facebook and MSN so much.
Okay, shall try to start work now.
Hope I won't be chasing after the bus again tmr.

Hmm, been a crazy week so far.
It all started on Friday. School as per normal and with council installation rehearsals later on.
It was more or less the same.
We ended up packing the cards and all for the guests after we're done.
Hahahaa, sorry Steph and Chang for making fun of you guys.
Quite fun to disturb you two, hehehehe.

yup, went to Jon's house later for a little breather before going on to East Coast Park for venture fishing.
Relaxed a while at the Macs where I fell asleep.
And walked about 40 min to the jetty.
that was fraking tiring with all my school books and all.
and it was awesome to see that the lighthouse is actually on a HDB block.
Slept overnight at the ECP pavillion but it was a bit scary with all the crazy Malays hollering beside us and fighting amongst themselves.
HAhaha, we armed ourselves with mini scissors and all.
Jon Shannon and tri went to watch "Angels and Demons" on Tri's lappy but I fell asleep.

Hmm, yup the long awaited fishing.
turned out to be boring..
Well at least I learnt how to fish!
Albeit it was only two mini fish.
Still proud of my haul though.
Went to Town to do some retarded YMCA Flag day that jia Lei signed us up for.
Guess who we saw?
Mr Tan.
Woah, lucky I changed out of my CJ attire, guess he didn't recognise me.
Anyway it was real hard and tiring to do flag day.
Never did experience it before until that day.
I promise to donate to any person who holds a tin in the future!

Hmm. yup rushed back home for a quick bath then rushed off for Sabrina's bday party.
Erm, yeah wasted quite a bit of time earlier on waiting for people.
But yeah, just talked and ate in the end.
Discussing about stuff..

rushing through my work now as I blog.
I just can't quit this annoying habit of mine. Procastinating.
this ain't the right time for me to procastinate but yet I am still doing it.
Sigh, I really do hope I will change soon as life in JC can't get any better.
PW, council and even venture night issues are coming up.

And to add to it, I have been feeling strangely emotional nowadays.
Especially all the stupid love songs i am hearing right now.
Why am I even like thinking about all this crap man?
As if thinking about it will do me wonders.
Just hope it goes away real soon.

Hiya, it's been a while since I blogged.
It has been a bout of bad days after bad days.
Ok, let's start with this Tuesday.
Yup, got back Chem which was damn good for a B!
And Maths, wtf! E!
I studied so damn hard for the paper.
The only subject I have been studying all this while and yet I get a frigging E!
I spent like almost one whole week on the bloody subject!
Screw this! E! E! E!
WTH! E!!!
Wah, outburst over. But ya still trying to get over it.

Today is the worst day yet.
Timetable supposed to end at 1.
And yet all H2 subject teachers want to see us after 1.
And I have tuition at 4! GREAT.
And I had to rush up and down to get my blazer. GREAT
And I got my freaking results! GREAT
AND THEY SUCK!!!
Damn man.
I know physics was gone but getting 49/100 is a real kick in the teeth or whatever.
one more mark to D.
Same for GP, worst when the examiner comments "bad handwriting" and after that "You need to learn how to write.".
Screw it man, I was rushing right. And they were still legible in my view.

Yah, econs last. Was expecting to get an A but guess what C!
C! C! C!.
Wah, I didn't expect that at all and well so did the majority of the class.
Final result:
EEECCB, it's like a new vulgar word.
Triple Es for GP,Math and Physics. All one mark from D.
Two Cs for Chinese and Econs.
B for H1 chem.
This SUCKS.

Some might feel that my result is actually quite good compared to theirs but I do expect more from myself after putting much effort in my studies.
Wonder how am I going to tell my parents about this.
They always gave me the freedom to do what I want but look at what I gave them in return.
DAMN.

I am in like a emo/pissed state now.
And I should be doing ECONS tutorial now instead of crapping and blogging.
Promos better be good though.

Aye, been a long long while since I blogged.
How time flies, the June Holidays have gone and pass in a blink of an eye.
Well, it wasn't that fun to begin with.
With the hols crammed with camps and activities.
Sigh, JC life so hectic and stressful.

Heck, anyway yeah. Went LTC, PLTC/UTC and yup get to know more people, especially council people.
That's the fun part of it.
As for MYES, think I did generally okay except for physics which is confirm U.
I don't expect much from a paper that I finished in 1 and a half hr for a 3 hr paper.
But for the others quite okay la.

Yup, went to school today for Morning Assembly training,?!@?!
Yup, rehearsed the pledge and anthem and all..
Went KAP for venture meeting later.
Great having LiRen back from England and
also Xiang An and Kai Yang as well.
We played for 2 hrs at CCAB until more people like Shaun, Douglas, Nick, Jp started coming.
Sigh, the good o' days.
At least we got half of our lvl down!
Really fun having a reunion again.
Nice to see that almost everyone has stay almost the same.
HAHAH, these bonds never break.
How I miss SJI now laa..

Quite tired out from the soccer/ failed pool from today.
Pray that there's no PE tmr cos I am really really tired.

oh well, it was to be expected but yea, still feel a bit deflated after going out of the Lawn Bowls Singles under 20s.
It was quite fun though, I gave the j2s quite a scare before they found out my weakness,
I cannot play in short ends. :p

Went to KFC with Vincent, Melvin and Mark for lunch.
And yeah, some kids were having a bday party there.
And ya, GP is indeed useful in telling you that the mass media is desentising youths nowadays, judging from the poor little 4o yr old getting whacked up by 2 7 yr olds.
What a joke!

Anyway, went to study with Melvin later at kallang park which is actually a mall?
Attempted mugging chem but yeah, I am utterly helpless at it and actually dozed off for half an hour.
Melvin was boasting to me about the JACKET that he was wearing and how you should have one, right.
Rub it in man!

As for today, went to church and yeah, pretty much normal as usual.
Sermon was about how you should perserve with your faith and all but it didn't help with the speaker being so boring.
At least I took something away from it.
Would like to say SORRY to Nick once again for not celebrating your birthday as planned today.
We will have something up real real soon!

On a sidenote, sleeping is turning out to be such a vice.
Now I know it can be classified as a hobby.
Just lying down on the bed for a brief 5 minutes can lead to a 4 hr sleep.

Alright, finally reached the end of the week!
It has just zoomed so fast..
Can't believe that MYE is like next week la, freaking fast..
Anyway. played netball with 2T24.
7 guys vs 7 guys, lol so much for a girl's sports.
All because of someone..

Not bad la, even though I was like quite lousy in the whole game.
Can't blame me! I ain't a sportsman!!
Still did my best though and scored the final goal despite all my blunders in the early part.
Final score 5-4.
we lost but well good game.
Mark's blisters were like damn sick la.

yeah, was supposed to go mug in the library but had a mini IG gathering with Chris Choy, Zach Chan, Perry, Sabrina and Blanche.
It lasted for 2 hours! OMG la. so much for mugging.
Really really fun talking to them once again.

Can't say that I enjoyed the weekends much.
Time just passes by ever so quickly.

Went to celebrate Wuqi's bday in advance today.
Played table tennis at CCK Sports Complex to celebrate.
Our usual haunt when we are bored.
really brings back memories man.
Still rmb the days when we camwhored there!
Hahaha, nick, wuqi, jia lei and I.
We were just being so retarded back then.

But looking back, I suddenly do feel older now.
It's ironic that when you are young, you feel like growing older.
But when you are old, you feel like becoming younger.
As each year passes, the choices you make are more of less your choice.
And less influenced by your parents and friends.
You take the responsibility for your choices.
Have no idea why am I feeling so philosphical right now but yeah, it's one of these days when I exude such rare intelligence. hahahah.

For now, I really just want to savour and cherish the feeling of being a youth.
This is really the time where you can still enjoy a relatively "stress-free" life compared to been that of being an adult.
Still have the luxury to hang out with your friends and have a good time.
It's true that time passes very fast as you get older.
But I really want to remember every moment of it.

Li ren is coming back on the 26th.
So thought of organising something for him when he comes back.

Life just doesn't turn out the way you want it sometimes.

I shall take that as a motivation to score well for the next CA.

I could answer the questions but my handwriting is pretty illegible.

Very very proud of my PI though!
Expect it to score pretty well as I have spent a tremendous amount of time and effort on it.

Well, I finished the whole of the Econs tutorial on Saturday of which I am proud of but I still slacked quite a lot.
Didn't really know what was going on gfor today, I only got started at like 1:30.
Then wasted 1 and a half hr stoning and reading the physics lecture book in a half hearted attempt to mug for the CA.
I am so going to get a practice book for physics as this is going nowhere.

Mugged for econs, just read and make notes and got theme 1.1 down already.
Going to recap my elasticity notes after this post.
Gee, I am so becoming a nerd now but this can't be helped.
Need to catch up on my work already, I am still lagging behind despite all these.
Especially in Maths and physics.

And yeah, the feud between my mum and my sis just keeps getting worse.
I do feel utterly helpless when this happens.
Take for example, my sis hogging the tv when my mom wants to watch it.
Even though she just came back home like today.
Do feel appalled at my sis's behaviour as it is very very childlike.
Cannot tell her off since she will just go berserk and throw a tantrum,

Some say that family is what pulls ur life together in times of need but mine ain't happening so.
It is like pulling my life apart again.
Life's unfair and not everyone is blessed with a perfect life.
Completely vexing but I guess I have to deal with it.
I don't have much of a choice, do I?

Anyway, election is on tmr and on Tuesday.
Do hope that the four of us will get in.

Labour Day today!
Yup, went out the whole day today.
Bball with Mark, gewei and nick from 8 to 10.
which was super fun, damn good time relieving the past memories we had together.
With the nick sleeping and LATE as usual.

Real team effort today la but I quite selfish, didn't felt like passing and just kept attempting shots.

I feed like a dog la, hahahaha but quite fun.

Went bowling later.
Win the first set 107 points, double strike at the start man!

Ya, still as lousy as ever.
KO bowl damn funny, he will sprint when reaching the bowling part, freaking hilarious la.

KO house was next, played dota with Greg and Rus.
Wah, we got owned like shit la but it was quite fun!
We actually tried a fightback but ya, we failed. troll so fat..
Played poker later, i started with 5 bucks and ended with 5 bucks, broke even.
Luckily, Mark won, pay for our cab ride home.
I swear Yong Jie was damn high, we tau poked him like 3 times la.

I played cheat with Greg, Rus and KO at first.

Yeah, school started at 11 today!
Went to Toa Payoh to discuss GPP with Ig, Kenny and Kg.
Quite productive and I am quite proud of my PW group.

Anyway, school felt like a remedial today and felt damn draggy.
Screwed up the Maths CA bad but should be able to scrape a pass.
Damn, I actually studied for it.
Really need time for me to really understand maths..
Econs was free period so we had talking cock session in class.

Yup, NAPHA today as well.
Standing Broad Jump -245cm ,B------(5 more cm to A)
Pull ups -4, D. Damn it..
Shuttle Run- 9.7 sec, A!
Sit and Reach- 51 cm, A!
Situps- 43, A!
yeah, 2,4 got 10:22 which is like B. (2 seconds to A)

In total got like 25 points out of 30!
Not bad, but still silver.
Damn pull ups.
I just want to get Gold for the first time in my life la.
Going to train hard for pull ups next year.
I'd better get all As!

Anyway, the class is imbar la.

Woohoo, today is the last day of campaign!
YES! Finally, it ended.
Not to say I didn't enjoy it but it was really really really time consuming.
Just felt a load of burden off my back.
Went for lawn bowls today btw, quite fun.
Crapping around with Mark, Vincent and Melvin.
School starts at 11 tmr!! Can afford to wake up like 1 hr later, but still need to do GPP at Tp tmr.

Yeah, this is killing me.
I just can't get you off my mind at times.
Trying my best not to think about all these but yeah, I just can't at times.
Why???
Sometimes, I just long to be back in SJI again where this emotions won't stir up in me.
It does help that none of my lectures are with you so that I can focus on work.

yeah, today didn't turn out to a good day after all.
Went to put the 40 tissue boxes in the canteen and yeah, 28 were left during my break.
Well, that wasn't the point..
The point was my face and poster being vandalised.
Well, I felt really pissed at first when I saw it as I am quite sure I did not offend anyone.
But after a long ride on the bus, I felt that this was one of the negatives running for council.
You are always subjected to people's opinion on what you do and I am sort of regretting my choice to run for council now.
Still, this is just a minor setback in life and I will continue pushing on and ignore what has happened in the past but live in the present moment.

Anyway, thanks Clare and Melvin for supporting me.
Friends do help at times like this!

It's been 2 weeks since I went to church and yeah, decided to go today.

The discussion about AWARE was amusing, hahahah.

Went to eat with Jia lei and try out some traditional Jap food which is a bargain for like $5.50.

Anyway, ventures is appearing to be fading fast.

Just got through the most exhilarating experience in school, campaign speech.
Well, it doesn't help that I am the first to make the speech of all the nominees.
But I really love you guys, 1T24 FTW!
You guys really calmed me down when you cheered for me at the start,
really really thankful to you guys!

Well, life has it's ups and downs! And life can really spring you suprises like this once in a while!
This is proving to be one of the happiest times in my life now!
And I believe that my life is coming back on track.
At least I understand maths now after the tuition.
Now for intensive mugging!

My mum needs an operation for her leg in Nov.
I am shocked and stunned for words when I heard the news.
Never did I expect her to need an operation.
true, she was sick with her nose problems, and many other health problems.
The signs were there with her showing me her medical report full of problems.
but what did I do?
I just thought it was not a big deal and adults being adults will solve the problems as usual.
I find myself an unfilial son,
Why am I so lazy just to sweep the floor?
Why am I so lazy to clean the dishes?
Why? Why? Why?

If I had done all of that, she might not have this illness at all!
Realised that I am a very selfish individual, I have always thought that my family didn't care about me but never once did I think that it was I who did not care about family.
I have been focusing on my life, going out with my friends and all.
But never did I spent quality time with my family.
Waves after waves of excuses that I was busy always seem to pop out in my mind whenever my mum ask me to do something.
I have been relying on my mum so far and until now, have I realised that it is time for her to rely on me.
She is getting old and with ilnesses, I should be sharing her burden as well.
Never shall I procastinate ever again.
NEVER!

I have always been under the impression that I have matured already but how wrong can I get.
If I was mature, I would have known that studies were the priority in my life right now.
If I was mature, I would not have gone out with my friends that often, neglecting my work.
If only, if only..
There's no point in mentioning the "what ifs" right now.
This is the time for me to stand up and contribute to the family.
I should make a conscentious effort in doing what is right.

To hell with the social life, to hell with pleasure.
Through my life, I have only been thinking about myself most of the time.
I promise I will work hard.
Not only for myself, but for my family.
My family always had the general impression that I know what is right, and trust me impeccably in the things I do. So, they left me alone.
I have disappointed countless and countless of times, coming up with excuses one after another.
This must end.
The journey will be hard.
I admit thatI've been struggling with my academics and throw in the council election campaign soon.
This wouldn't get any easier.

I must be strong, I will not falter under the stress and start fulfilling the potential that I have in me.
I pray that I will keep in mind this mentality and never shall I revert back to my old ways.

Right, I have just finished thinking of what each person in my grp has to say for the econs presentation after like half an hr on the com.
The thankless job of a grp leader. ):
Well, I am used to it. As long as it helps the grp, I won't mind sacrificing a little sleep time. (:
Yeah, there's still a pile of hw waiting for me on my desk but even though the mind is willing, the body is not.
I am like fighting a losing battle against sleep man, coffee totally does not work on me!

Still have like 2 econs CSQ qs to do, one part econs essay, massive gp readins, MI and the massive PI to complete.
It doesn't help much when I have to start from scratch for my PI.
Looks like this week is going to be a long long week for me.
It's just monday and I am already so so tired.
K, my aim for the night is to finish the two case study questions and perhaps read a bit of the GP.
I am like at the 14th reading already. 4 more readings to 75%!
It's like 12:09 am now and I have no idea when I'll finish.

This reminds me of the route to O lvl mugging last year but it's just way too early man.
School just feels like a chore and work at times.

Hooya! Just realised that this is my 100th blog post!!
This blog has recounted my sec 4 life till now.
Been reading through it and I've realised that it's mostly happy during SJI days.
Barring the relationships part! hahahaha

Hmm, shall start talking about yesterday.
Yesterday was pretty dull for school and having to submit PI 2nd draft on Monday just pretty much made it worse.
Went Beauty World LAN to play dota since IG gathering was like 4 hrs away.
It has been almost a year since I last touched it.
Pretty much got thrashed like a noob! 4-3. I was using Jugger...

yeah, Kenny, rus and I went for IG gathering at Plaza Sing at 7:10pm and we thought that we were late. Lol, turned out that only YanSheng was earlier than us.
I feel really bad for the Ig gathering as it turned out to be an almost complete failure. ):
My 60 msgs were in vain and could only reach the masses of 10 ppl.
We just ended up eating our food outside Plaza Sing, picnic style, inhaling the smoke os somkers nearby.
Charmaine was damn blur la, say the dustbin is a toilet. HAhahah.

We went to watch Fast and furious 4 which was not bad.
van Diesel damn buff man and it is quite ridiculous that he pummeled the shit out of O'Conner but he still ain't bleeding while two punches from O'conner to a noob policeman made him have stitches on his nose.
Barring that, it's a pretty decent movie but we had to sit all the way at the front with the speakers blasting music at us.

As for today.
slept like a pig till 12 and went to Thomson there to have tuition.
What I didn't expect is that the tuition was at his house!
He has a room specifically catered for tuition, home tuition indeed.
The teacher's quite weird, as in he keeps whacking his left hand every 10 seconds.
Guess he probably had an accident or something.
Went to Prata House to eat with Gerald and Yan Ting.
I ate 2 egg prata and mutton soup.
wah, the mutton soup was green in colour.
It tasted okay thankfully.

What a day it turned out to be.

Zhi Yang and KO just got called by NP that their appeal had succeeded.

Banking and Finance.

Sigh, the class is getting diminishing in numbers as the day goes by.

First Yong Jie, now the two of them and plus James going off in like June?

My class would be left about 20 ppl.

The poly appeals triggered the whole class to go try for poly la.

First, Keith want to try, then Jade, then Annabelle, then KG, then ...

The whole class want to go poly already la....

What I don't get is why didn't they choose poly in the first place.

They might as well just have like 2 more months of holidays if they put as first choice!

That being said, I don't blame them for choosing the poly route as JC life is real stressful.

I've been falling asleep in tutorials/lectures more often than usual despite my best efforts to keep awake.

And failing the Sigma and econs fa doesn't help much at all.

JC life is really hard and A lvls just does not look like something that can be mugged in 2 months time.

And Calista told me during PE today that ppl who fail midyear=leave the sch already.

What the heck man, this is a real doze of reality for me as until today I thought that I can just chiong the subjects like the last 2 months.

Adding to that, I have decided to try for council.

This might seem to be like a route to retaining by the looks of it.

But I have decided to go on with it as I believe that by putting pressure on myself, then would I realise that I do not have enough time and cherish every second that I have.

If I fail to get into council, so be it.

Despite all the negatives about lawn bowls,

I have made some new friends there like Melvin and Vincent who are really nice people.

And if i remain in lawn bowls, I might get more time to study instead. (:

Hopefully, tmr's IG gathering will turn out ok even though there's like a low turnout.

I am the organiser somemore..

Anyway, back to 1T24.

Ok, this sucks. I am going to be last in class at this rate. i really need to get down to my books and start studying.
Econs -16/25 "B" when everyone is getting A.
Chem - 20/30 "B" almost whole class got A.
Chinese -59/100, C, 1 more mark to B.
and yes, the ultimate, Maths get U lol.
yeah, it ain't appearing all rosy at the moment and I got a loser CCA to cap it all off like Lawn Bowls. It's plain retarded, anyone can excel there..
Oh yeah, to cap it all off, physics CA tmr. I predict that would be another S grade for me.

Oh yeah, Yong Jie, my classmate succeeded in his appeal to NYP, some accountacy course.

Hiya, been a long long while since I blogged.
As expected, I didn't do anything(productive) in the March holidays.
Went for jobwk camp, pool, movie, econs project and blar blar blar..
Oh wait, I did do something productive, econs project lol.
Guess what, my pw group members all live in Hougang/Sengkang area and I live at CCK.
Wtf.. 1 hr ride to there and 1 hr back, great....
Lucky my grp quite ok, got me, Ignatius, Kenny and Kg.

But yeah, JC life is real stressful and I barely grasped what is going on in class nowadays.

I have no idea why but I totally love Cross country today!!!
Wah, been such a long while since I ran.
Today's distance 4.3km at MacRitchie!
I ran with Yong Jie today, we started near the back.
So fun overtaking people man, especially at the slope upwards.
Saw some teacher foaming in the mouth near the highway, sick man.
Yeah, was damn disappointed when I didn't get top 60 for competitive!
i tthought I was going at an ok pace and i guess I am about 73rd since Ben overtook me near the end and got like 50.
kenny damn sad man, got 21st!
Only top 20 can get medal, he missed out by one.
Hahahahah!

Oh yeahh, played basketball yesterday with Nick.
1 vs 1. very very fun, quite a good game.
He left after like an hr, and I played with Sam, Mark and Jia Lei.

I decided not to go for rugby.

My class is really damn high la, Ignatius and Greg were like going wild.

The first few bands were quite average and i feel for Zach man.

Yup, just finished my retarded hw consisting of Chem, Physics and GP.
Actually, haven't really finished GP yet but heck, shall just finish it on the bus.
Yup, went to church today as usual.
Speaker was exceptionally good, talking about how we can recall the past good experiences that we had but not live in the past.
I find this part exceptionally related to me as I tend to keep dwelling on the past A LOT and just try to hang on to past experiences. It's hard but I will try to focus more on the present now and just stop worrying!!!
Yeah, he also mentioned that we should not give up when we face a setback.
He showed us an example of an althlete named Brian Little I think way back in the past.
It was at some track and field meet at Scotland and France.
He had tripped and lost 20m or something but he just ran and got first.
I find it motivational and will try to give my utmost best to everything I do from now on.

And yeahh, signed up for volleyball and went for trials on Weds with a fever of 37.7 and well, the trials was a COMPLETE waste of my time!
They asked us to play captain's ball at first which is damn retarded and asked us to touch some ball which is placed very high up.
After that, the coach was like "you touch the ceiling, you;re in the team!"
And yeah, that's how i got into the team with me being the shortest guy there standing at a height of 1.72m. Wow...
Shuttlerun later but that's irrelevent. Got 8.6 or something, doubt it's the real distance

And yup. i found volleyball stupid as
1) I don't know anybody there.
2) i don't like anybody there, few ppl already quite extra already.
3) I am the shortest there.
4) The whole team is so cheena!
5) I just don't like it!!!

Really wondered why did I go for trials in the first place, considering ODAC now though but the amount of ppl who wants to get in is ridiculous man!
It's like 80 ppl vying for 25 slots.. wow
Shannon says there are trackers clocking 10 min for 2.4km!
Why the heck did they even sign up anyway!
They should go back to track and leave ODAC for me!

O wth, I am just going to pon volleyball training and go for ODAC!
Hopefully I can get into ODAC and not get some loser club.
I pray to God that he will make the right choice for me.

It's been a week since I am at CJ.
Orientation was FUNNN, really loved it man. How I wish the IG could be our class la, so fun compared to my class which has like 22 guys and 2 girls originally!!!
It's like a 11:1 ratio man.
But some guys decided to change subject combi and we got some more guys in.
So the ratio is like erm 5:1 now!! Hahahahaha, improvement!
Orientation finale was fun laaaa, I shouted my voice hoarse man.
Kenny and I were like "We are so going to get Best Discplined House" after seeing Athena like so stoned but luckily Hestia got the honours. :D

Hmm lemme try to recall what happened at orientation..
There was the infamous failed proposal at Day 1!!
CJC Mass Dance so funn, but get a good partner..
Yeah, our whole IG went PastaMania at FarEast Plaza.
hahahaha, we bought all the BigGulp from 7-Eleven and the guy at Pastamania was like super pissed la.

Bought my guitar today anyway man.
John and Kenny went along and we couldn't find Swee Lee at all man.
We took like 2 different bus and decided to cab to Penni instead.
this is the first time I totally felt like an idiot, i'm a scout and I can't find my way around!!!
hahahahaha, yeah. got a semi acoustic guitar which comes in a package.. Can tell that the guitar is kind of crappy but o heck, I am only a newbie so maybe I play a noob one??

Very tiring also, aching all over the place.

Played some web game today, the main aim of the game is to get everybody over the other side.
Wah, I got some sort of adrenaline rush.
I carried almost everybody la, so freaking tiring.
Played some water trnasport game.
the guy has to piggy back the girl and transport water.
I transported Sabrina, lucky she very's light lor. Hahahaha
Played the spaghetti game later, lucky never break.

Well, the second day didn't seem to be that bad.
The mass dance was doing all right until I got sabohed again!!!
Every group is supposed to send one pair to the stage to demo the mass dance after learning the steps.

I daoed her until she ask the other facil who has the mike.
Facil with mike: I got a request for Adeline and Leonard to come up on stage, come on!

Oh crap, so much for keeping a low profile but heck, I am a good sport.
Didn't turn out to be that bad actually.
Well , made a lot of guy friends in my group. Very friendly and sociable.
Proceeded to games after that, very very fun.
Worst game was the twister though.

Wth, now my right side green.
My face was like a myriad of colours, hahahaha.
Cannot be worse than Zach, his shirt was orange paint all over at the back.
Had some other games as well but not really that exciting.
Went to Serene Macs to eat with Mark, Tang, Sam, Terence and some other guy.
Played bball with Mark after school at bball court in CCK.
yeah, finally realised my noobiness in bball now after getting thrashed.
Not really thrashed but I know I could have done better. 11-9 or something.
Proceeded to the other court and played against some PJC guy and his screwed up gf.

Say we play violent everything, wth la. We barely touched her and she was shoving Mark around bit didn't shove me cause I did look a bit pissed off and sweaty so she didn't want to touch me. HAhahaha!!!
She was like: "baby, pass the ball to me."
OMG man, she is like really....
Pity the guy though, he apologised to us later after his gf left to get a drink.
He's a decent bloke, used to be in CJC bball team for the 3 month trial period.
Taught us some tricks and all, sad man.
He's in PJC now, reading club. WTH man, feel real sorry for him.

Yeah, today was fun, hopefully tmr will be even better. :D

I was made to do a forfeit which involves me getting down on my knees and getting the girl to laugh, until then can I get up.
Unfortunately, the girl I chose is like so... evil and refuses to laugh!!

Wah, just watched the Federer-Nadal match today.
Only watched the fifth set though but Federer cried.
Heard from Wuqi that Federer cried for the first time in his career.
Very very emotional..
I cannot find the words to describe it but it just makes me feel like tearing too.
His eyes tell what he is feeling or so I feel.
I just feel that he feels totally defeated with his best efforts being returned by Nadal but still touched by the support given to him by the fans.
Converted into a Federer fan now, an inspiring role model and a champion in his own rights.
A true fighter!

Feeling a bit jittery about school now even though I know most of the people there already.

Well, we did have the reunion.
YAY even though Gewei was like late so it spoiled the day a bit.
Had breakfast with Mark at Yakun Kaya toast.
Wth, we ordered 4 slices each so that totals up to like 8 slices in total.
But we didn't know one slice is like so much... we cannot even finish, what a waste of money.
Wuqi chose to ate Texas chicken meal at Long John instead, rich kid... hahahahah :D

yeah, played bball with the three of us first.
Saw the cheena s2 guy who suanned us last time when he won us. Bugger...
At least we thrashed him soundly now.
nick join us later, yay. At least he is not the latest this time.
Yu heng and Wei Sheng joined us later, quite random but yeah...
Liu Gewei finally made his grand appearance at 10:45am when we were supposed to play at 9am???
Well, at least we did have a reunion.
Very fun, just like the good o'days. Pity we didn't play together though, broke up in teams of 3 and played against each other.

Wow. so much for meeting at 6:30pm. they started coming at like 7:15.

Been feeling a bit better since taking the medicine but still feel a bit groggy and dazed out.
It has been quite a while ever since I last slacked at home.
I am just plain bored at home.
There's nothing to do, except watching tv, playing com and sleeping.
Decided to tidy up my room and found a few sec 1 and sec 2 essays I had.
Hahahaha,
The title: "Have you acheived anything you thought the impossible?"
Hahahaa, I wrote that essay when I was in sec1.
Felt a sense of nostalgia now after reading that essay.
Four years have indeed passed by pretty fast and I am glad to be part of the SJI community.

Moving on, Mark called me to play pool with Ying Zhang.
My record 5-1.
Lost to Ying Zhang, lol.
It was like his second time playing pool. Can't believe it.
Would like to say sorry to Jon about not wanting to go to his house to sleepover.
Just feeling a bit burned out and lethargic for the moment.

Guess that working at NTUC and frequent late night outings have finally taken it's toll..
I have fallen sick! Damn, at CNY somemore..
Well, at least I can finally rest at home now.
Cannot remenber when was the last time I actually stayed at home the whole day before starting work.
Went to see the doctor today because of my damn asthma attacks.
Why do I get relapses at random timings? The weather is not really that cold now anyway.
He reccommended me to go swimming to "expand" my lungs?
well, I am not really keen on swimming but looks like I have to pick it up as a hobby if I want to be completely cured of this irritating illness.
Been feeling groggy and all after the medicine and I play fifa online 2 when I am awake.

Too emotional about work yesterday to blog about my reunion dinner.

So I shall update now!

Well, rushed back after work to my grandmother's house.

So tired that I fell asleep on the train ride and woke up at Marsling.

Had to take back to Admirality. lol, that was retarded.

Nothing much to describe, just that my p4 cousin Aaron got a lot more fatter and my 14 months old cousin just looks so cute. (=

We tried making her smile though but it just proves to be an impossible task to do.

Nothing much happened at reunion dinner though, just eat and all.

As for today, yeah more cousins came so I finally got more people to talk to.

Talked to jonathan, my cousin from RI who just keeps bugging me about girlfriends and all.

Just stoned and watched some show on Channel U.

A lot of steamy scenes here and there which explains why my cousin Aaron is so horny now.

Where was I? Yeah, the tahiti part.
No one was willing to share much and it got pretty dull and all.
I played showhand like 4 times and still didn't lose. what luck I have, hahahahah. :D
Gave up on that and just started crapping around.

Well, girls have very good memories.
Still cannot believe that I can only recall like 1/4 of the things Brit mentioned about DLS life.
Interesting to note that there were so much gossip and crap about love in primary school.
Wow, I must be like so innocent back then. Still innocent, anyway. ahahahaahha :D
laughed at the part when she mentioned the injection thing that everyone had to go for in primary school.
Hahahhaa, the girls cried when the needle haven't even touched their skins.
Mentioned my disasterous vomitting incidents.
Hmm, still suprised at why the vomitting incidents turned out to be such a joke.

I slept at my break instead of eating, I was really bushed.
NTUC farewell gathering turned out to non-existent because Chang injured his leg at chalet and decided not to go for work. yeah, so much for the hype about it.
I was really looking forward to it but I guess no one was really in the proper mood for it anyway.
Yuxuan needed to go to M'sia while Salina was "tired?" really cannot tell the difference then.

Knocked out on the MRT ride home and at home too.
This feels worse than a camp but it has more meaning to it though rather than just following some boring old routine from camp organisers.

LAST day of work.
Thought I should end off my work day on a good note but I was late again!!
Work supposed to start at around 8am to 4pm but I woke up at 8:40am instead.
ahahahahaha so much for being early :D. That was like my hmm, 24th time late.
Beat the record of being late of 1 hr 40 min as I was at Sentosa that day by a margin of half an hour. Need to cut this bad habit out man.
Blar blar... quite dull at the start actually, the New Year collection was at a snail's pace as compared to the Christmas one. really miss the days man.
Only got quite emotional near the end, at about the last hour of work.
cannot believe that it is my 9th week of work already.
remembered the clueless days where I got stumped by a customer asking where was what but I consider myself a veteran now. ahahaha :D
Meiji milk stocks, chicken wings, cheese slices, crab sticks, otah, pound cakes, cuttelfish balls, whipping cream, nuggets, mixed veggie, ice creams, drinks, tofu, hams, the list goes on and on..
the things that I have packed.

I wonder how many cardboard boxes have I discarded already. Must be able to fill about 10 rollcages already, ahahahahah. Sigh, it is so much of the work, it is the people.
It amazes me on how they can put a smile on their faces in front of demanding customers when they all lead such sad lifes.
They are really really strong people.
All in all, I miss the people in the frozen department the most.
They treat me very nice, only asking me to help out when they are tired so that leaves me walking around most of the time.
Oh yeah, had one super kaobei customer today.
I already passed her the sakae sushi yusheng and done. transaction complete!
And she goes on and demands a change of yusheng after she breaks it herself???
Wth, cannot stand high class snobs like that. Sem was really really pissed but still put on a good show in front of her. And wth man, she wasted half an hour of our time and decided to for a refund. gee, why can't she ask that from the start??

When Sem asked me How do I feel at my last day at work.
I answered him. "Sad, haahhaah. I am about to cry now." in a joking manner.
But the thing is I was overcome with emotion, I didn't shed any tears there though.
had a chat with him and Kalai (uncle-nephew relationship) and gave him a fleeting wave as a farewell. Said bye to Mr Wong and Chia too. Could tell that he was sad too but Winston comes along and starts repeaing what we say and hahahaah, the mood was broken.
Went up to the staff room for the last time and told the security officer that this was the last time that he is going to sign on my name again.
Damn, people might think that I am the happy-go-lucky type of person but I am really overcome with emotions now. )=
There are many countless things I havem't mentioned. The constant crapping with the promoters, teasing Eugene over Angeline with Chang, deciding where to go for dinner with Hui Sin and Yu Xuan, helpng the cashiers take the abalone from service counters...
Why do I keep dwelling on this??
Whatever it is, NTUC fairprice toa payoh branch will hold a special place in my heart.
I leave with a heavy heart and will definitely drop by and visit them but the feeling would be different though as I don't have to wear the apron ever again.
I did mention to Mark that this was going to be a picture post but heck, almost all of them are camera shy and I am just plain lazy to upload the pics now. :)
Shall go and catch up on my sleep now for CNY tomorrow.

Well, the mad 3 days frenzy of partying didn't turn out to be that hectic but still, it is tiring.
It all started on 23rd.
Third last day of work there, took the morning shift.
Just helped Auntie Liza with the chicken wings and all, Nothing much to note.
Went for a haircut immediately after work, it was done in 5 min time.
woah, the place need to insert $10 note one. cool.
Jiu ying was shocked when she saw me. Thought I was a different person as she just saw me with long fringe like10 min ago. Find my new haircut a bit too schoolboyish, I look like a guai kia, man.

Met up with Bryan Tang and John Mak at BK.
Went to Peninsula later to shop for clothes (me), jeans (tang) and guitar stuff/band shirts (John).
wow, they sell really cheap guitars there. I was suprised when I saw that the guitar cost 45 bucks. Was tempted to buy it but Tang and John advised me against it. Was pondering whether to get a guitar but decided to think it over and not just buy it on the spur of the moment.
Bought a round neck tee, tang got 1 pair of jeans and John got his capo thingy (guitar stuff)
Went upstairs to look for band shirts, pity that the Saosin shirt had the "i" as a hooded figure which totally ruined the shirt.

Wuqi came along with me to Marina Square later.
Just basically walked around, looking at clothes and all.
Totally regretted buying my black hoody at Peninsula last time as the Zara hoody looked damn nice and only cost like $80. Looked like it cost $180 man.
Dang, should have waited.
Saw Gail on the way out of Marina Square.
She was with her friends so we didn't get to talk to her.
It was hilarious though when she said hi to us and the guy beside her (should be her boyfriend) started erm holding her hand and touching her waist after that.
Hahahah, Wuqi and I were laughing all the way on the train ride to Clementi about that.

Supposed to meet with Michelle and co for pool where Wuqi and I will leave while they go for sleepover.
Wasted a lot of time blar blar blar. Anyway, there is one recently renovated mall beside the Mrt.
Nothing much there but still better than the old torn down place that used to be there.
Played pool later for about one hour. The usual happened..
Somehow got convinced to go to the sleepover and yeah, suddenly found my way to a guy's house whom I barely knew for about an hour. He's my future schoolmate there anyway provided that I get into CJC.
Just read on the papers that they will send the sms at 8am. Imagine yourself waking up not to your alarm but a message that tells you what school have you been posted to. Hahahha, can totally ruin your day at the start. Hope to see the letterings CJC on my phone screen on 30th.

Same old happened at the sleepover well not excatly.
Anyway, went to Nathaniel's house. woah, his house can be compared to a chalet man.
Totally has the whole set of stuff to entertain youself with.
ps3, mahjong, wii, table tennis table , blar blar list goes on....
Started off with werewolf game, dull man.
Played some water game after that where everybody take turns to pour water into the glass, which is in a basin, till it sinks. If you are the one who sinks it, you do a forfeit which is like a fear factor horror drink.
Well Jiasheng enjoyed his concotion of orange, soya bean and corn flakes. (Undissolved) and asked for another cup. So much for a forfeit. lol.
I got the forfeit next which turned out to be some chilli padi drink with soya juice and lime.
Damn, how the heck did the seeds turn out to be crunchy? Sick man.

Told horror stories at the kitchen when the lights were out in the kitchen.
No good ghost stories and i keep missing out on the climax of the ghost stories I told.
Damn. It is strange that I get goosebumps when I tell the stories but I don't when people tell theirs. Freaky.
Went down to play some card game, lasted till Macdelivery came.
Apple pie is delicious, haven't tried one in years..
rest started falling off to sleep one by one until we were left with Kenneth, Chee Kheong, Jia Sheng and Brit. Played mahjong for like 2 hours and CK knocked out when I got back from the toilet.
Played Tahiti Truth or dare style or rather just truth where the loser has to share something about himself.
Categories were like Love, Family and friends.
Well, I didn't even lose once so I didn't get to share. ahahaha

Ok, I am back home now after a crazy sleepover at Marcus' house.
We awoke at around 3 pm to have...
ANOTHER round of mahjong!!!
wthhhh, mahjong again. I swear we are becoming mahjong addicts.
Anyway, wuqi was damn lucky yesterday.
He got 7 tai for one round and 5 tai for another.
Very very nice.
As for me, I almost got 13 yao. Only needed one nan, fa and one tong to get it.
3 one tong was out already, then Jia Sheng go eat the last 1 tong.
I was like wth??
Wasted my chance already.
Played till about 5pm and abandoned thoughts of playing bball coz Mark is LANNING.
So much for quitting LAN, lol.

Decided to go CSC to play pool instead with Wuqi and Jia Sheng.
And yes!!!! I finally beat the great Lim Wuqi in pool.
It was a competitive match with him winning it for me by putting the black ball in with the cue ball.
He trounced me later on, I got like 4 of my own balls left.
Well, last match. Same thing happened. Nope, he didn't thrash me.
He won it again for me!! HAhahahaa
Played pool for about 1 hr.
Well, this pool outing was fun as there was no dilly-dallying around.
very straight forward and fast.

Got work tmr in the morning, I hardly know anybody there in the morning shift.
At least, no more retarded new year counter for me!

This is my last week working at NTUC fairprice.
Time really flies, 9 weeks there in a flash.
The most memorable times spent at work were the hectic days at Christmas Eve and Christmas.
wow, I spent about 3 hours in the freezer room. Madness.
The gay guy who pissed me off at the counter.
Still quite suprised by myself that I stuck to the job especially the boring counter job.
It is my colleagues that I am going to miss though, not so much of the work.
The good times that we had together,

Chang, my classmate for 2 years. Funny to laugh about his failed attempts. :p
Yuxuan, just can't stop talking about GAYS and the first girl i know to be so tall. She's like the same height as me! wow..
Salina, very very sociable. She just can't stop talking and I always end up talking to her on the bus ride home rather than dozing off. Very nice person
Kalai, my slacking mate at the counter. He does the morning shift at the counter and I do the afternoon shift.
Eugene, left like 2 weeks ago but well still enjoyed the times we crapped with him and Chang.
Sem, my boss. Good to work under such a nice man for my first job. Coincidentally, I am the first part time guy he hired.
Elishia, my shi jie. Well, my time at frozen was much spent with her. Always crapped around with her when there is nothing to do.

There are still many of my colleagues of which I haven't mentioned.
People like Raj, Chia, Mr Wong, Winston, Pei Qi, Jiu ying, etc.
The list goes on but it was a great pleasure to know all of them.
Sigh, it feels terrible saying goodbyes but we all have to move on...

Shall blog a bit about yesterday.
Was supposed to get a haircut yesterday at 10:40 am with Chang.
O well, we were late and I didn't get my haircut.
Went to play pool with Chang, Bryan Tang and Wei Sheng at SnookerZone at Toa Payoh.
Went off to work as usual.
Finally, last day at boring New Year counter!!! woohoo.
Went to Marcus' house to sleepover with Marc Chan, Wuqi, Jia Sheng, Lee Chuan and Marcus.
Just played mahjong for like 6-7 hours.
Wuqi and I went to sleep at about 6:30 to 7.
Hahahah, we were suanning people and kept laughing like mad til lwe cried. hahaha
Still at his house now and going to leave soon to buy my New Year Clothes.
The rest are still playing mahjong now and I am going down to bug them for my turn now.
Should be updating when I reach home.

Been a while since I blogged.
Shall update about the past 3 days.

14th Jan,
Woke up to find a mega ulcer at my mouth.
Was supposed to meet up with Wuqi, Jon and well mostly scouts people to play soccer/bball at CCAB.
Wanted to stay at home but since Jon took the effort to get everyone down, I shouldn't pang sei.
Yeah, reached CCAB at 9 and we only got started at around 9:30 onwards.

Training my keeping skills and wasn't really tested other than Wuqi who gave a stinging shot but i saved it. Others were just moderate catches. Only let in one goal though.
Plenty of stoppages due to "injuries" to Jia Lei. Everyone didn't really feel like playing after that.
Lost the momentum.
Switched to basketball later. Shots were quite accurate for the first time, looks like I have hope of making it into the CJC baskeball team already. hahaha, provided that I get into CJC.
Played soccer again, well it was more fun this time.
It is really attack and defence training.
My team: Me, Wuqi, Joshua Tan, Tseng, Jia Lei.
Well, we defended like mad for the whole game.
Miraculously, I only let in a 1 goal after 1 hour of bombardment thanks to Wuqi's excellent defending(tackling), Joshau Tan's clearance and my keepering abilities. Hahaha

Went off to work later but only survived 2 hrs there as I was really sick.
Vomitted the milo that I drank for lunch into a plastic bag and that sort of ends my day.
Nothing interesting to note after that.

15 Jan.
Worked the morning shift from 9am to 2pm. Yeah, pretty dull and all.
After work, went to watch movie with Xiang An, Kai Ying and Xiu Hui.
Well, since movie started at 5pm and we were there lke about 4pm.
Played pool for about an hour.
Blar blar..
Watched the movie "The Haunting of Molly Hartly" I think...
So much for a horror movie, it almost succeeded in making me laugh at it's pathetic attempts to scare people. Well, it's rated PG for a reason.
The first hour was mostly about Molly's mum moaning her name eeriely to turn out it was a dream..
Dang, I give it a 0.5/5 for movie rating.
Luckily, it was free movie tickets from Xiang An's father.
That sort of ends my day.

16 Jan.
Anyway, submitted my JAE form.
First choice CJC.
Should be able to get in.
Work was fun today, hahaha,
I slacked with Kalai the whole day, talking cock.
The people at NTUC are really nice, hahaha.
However, I don't like the people working in the morning shift.
As in those who are in my age group.
Especially the two poser guys.
Is it really necessary to walk around with a swagger and swing their fringe around in front of girls, and give the cocky arrogant smile to almost everybody???
Damn, they are really pissing me off.
Waited for Yuxuan to end work.
Finally, Mdm Chua let her off.
Yeah and I have no idea why she keeps going on about GAYS.
hahahaha, i swear she is going to get me for blogging about this.
Anyway, I am at Wuqi's house now with Wuqi (duh), Marcus and Jia Sheng.
They are waiting for me for mahjong now, shall blog about this perhaps tmr at home.

Yeah, O lvl results.
Disappointing, got 13 points. Nowhere here or there.
Hist Elec got A1.
A and E maths, Physics got A2.
Chem, Chinese and English got B3.

Was pondering on whether to go to PJC or CJC at the start.
Thinking of whether to be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond,
according to the new principal.
Jokes aside, was really quite tempted to go PJC but after discussions with seniors and friends,
still felt that CJC is the best choice for me.
My only complaint is that it is simliar to SJI lifestyle, not to say I don't like SJI.
It is just that i prefer a change in environment but I am limited in options, ain't I?

Skipped work that day and well.. played badminton with Michelle, Brit, Wuqi and Kenneth.
Not fun for me as I suck at badminton.
Felt bad ponning work that day as my colleague was the only one in our department working and I sort of promised her I will come no matter what.
Damn, I am an ass.

Went Kranji today to have lunch???
Random man.
Saw Elaine, my ex classmate there. Chatted with her for a while.
Haha, I also forgotten who was she.
Forgotten that a lot of my ex classmates went to Kranji.
Late for work for about 7 min.

Stoned and slacked at counter as usual.
Wuqi asked me to play pool at 5 during my break for about an hr.
I was fine with it but somehow they came at 5:40.
And there was no point in playing anymore.
Shall not elaborate, I must stop my bitching. hahahaha

Sem as usual was damn nice to me even though i pon work that day.
He gave me ba gua.. woah free somemore.
And he said I can work in the morning on 20,21 and 22 after I asked him whether I can or not.
Sigh, glad that I am under such a nice boss for my first job.

On a side note, this is pretty random but o well here goes.
I feel that no matter how sad you are, you shouldn't show it in front of the people around you.
Why darken someone's mood when he/she was originally happy?
That is sort of the motto i go with now since I started work.
If you know me before sec 3, you would know that I am a quiet guy.
But for now? I am always the one cracking jokes and making people laugh no matter how annoying they find me. Hahaha, it always feels good putting a smile to people's faces rather than putting a frown on it.

Sigh, today started off on a bad note.

A phone call that crushed my hopes once again.

Damn, I am really down on luck on this.

Was late for service for about 40 min.

Luckily, I was in time for the pastor talk.

He was talking about sinning.

Hmm, let me recall.

Went lunch with Jia Lei.

Proceeded to work later, the same old usual day at the counter.

Literally sat and stoned at the counter until 5pm thinking about what happened.

5pm to 6pm was my dinner break.

Well, at 7pm, something really pissed me off.

I helped like about two customers in choosing mandarin oranges even though it was not my job.

Went off later from my counter to help out in my department.

When I came back, some cashier was complaining to the guy-in-charge that why wasn't anybody there helping the customers.

Guy-in-charge: You sit down at the counter, go help the customer then. Take some intiative.
Me: I did help! I helped 2 customers before that.

Guy-in-charge: I am not saying you never help the customer, just telling you to help them in the future.

WTH! He is not even talking sense here, The freaking idiot.

I got scolded for helping him. ASSHOLE!

Work ended at about 10.

Went back home with Salina as usual on 985.

Rushed to Mark's house to catch the Manu VS Chelsea game with Jia Lei and Mark.

First half ended 1-0 with Vidic scoring from a corner. WOOHOO..

I was cheering and celebrating. It was straight before half time.

Anyway at half time, we felt hungry.

So we decided to eat the promotion pack bread I brought back from work.

Slept at 3am today after playing football manager 2009.
Dang , that game is addictive.
Anyway, woke up at 9 to play bball.
Hung up on Mark because I wanted to sleep more. (:
Wuqi called (He actually woke up) to check whether it was still on.
I called him 10 min later to tell him that we are still playing.
Dang, he went back to sleep after that.

As usual, Nick was LATE for like the thousandth time.
Always makes his grand arrival in style.
Played 3 vs 3 against random people.
Won first set 11-9.
Lost second set 10-11 when we were 10-7 up.
Final set we won 11-5.

Ate brunch at kopitiam.
Had roast duck rice for $3.50.
Was late for meeting Salina and Yuxuan.
Dang, I am never early for meeting girls.
I wonder why..

Work as usual.
Was quite in a bad mood today and with the promoters pissing me off, trying to make use of me.
I lost it but not to the very strong extent.
Snapped back at all of them
Quite sick of all this crap at work.
Work ended pretty late today.
Went back home with Salina.
Actually agreed to sleep on the bus ride home but somehow ended up laughing and talking all the way.

Anyway on a side note,
I realise that I criticise peoplet too much at times.
Should start toning down on this.
Maybe I am becoming an auntie, bitching about people and all.

Went to school today with Chang to collect my eagles award.
I feel damn odd as I am like an "old boy" now after completing my SJI education.
Anyway, we reached SJI at like 11:35 which is like during recess time.
The good old days of Chang and I slacking at prefect duty lol.

Talked to Mr Lam for about 30 min.
He seemed quite happy/sad when he talked to us.
He asked us mainly where we wanted to go after results.
Chang said Poly and while I said JC.
He told us briefly that we must study hard and all to get a good life.
Also kept mentioning that he missed student life, as we can go anywhere we liked.

Well, visited the stall no 7. The $2 combo set meal. The auntie damn nice, she treat me to the meal.Dang I feel bad but she kept rejecting my offer of paying.
Sigh, she said she nervous for our results also.
Dang, I really really miss SJI. It really gives me a sense of identity here.
Good for value $2 meal. (:

Moving on, I went SP with Chang and Wuqi.
Walked around and got pretty lost.
Stumbled upon Gugan, Mark, Wei Sheng, Ying Zhang, Joel and Douglas at SP.
Played soccer at SP amongst ourselves.
Wow, I was playing striker and I scored 4 goals.
Amazing feat since I cannot really control the ball and I was usually playing as keeper.

Went Bugis Street with Wuqi and looked around for clothes. Found nothing there after like 2 hours. My fashion consultant couldn't find anything nice for me. So we decided to change location and went Peinsula to look around.
I bought like erm 3 jeans, 1 hoody and 2 shirts all in 2 hrs time.
Still need more shirts and sneakers to suit my jeans.

Still can't believe that results are like on Monday.
Really dreading the day though..
Getting jittery all over again.
Sigh, I hope the last memory of SJI will be a good one.

Shall blog about today.
Woke up at 8:45 am for basketball.
Smsed Mark and Nick whether they were awake and went to bathe.
When I got back, I had like 5 missed calls.
Turned out they thought I went back to sleep.
What the heck man, I am not a pig. (:

Anyway, Mark and I walked to the bball court and Wuqi called me to tell me that the court was invaded by hell lot of people.
We were like at least got people to challenge.
But the invaders turned to be kindergarten people.
It was a true invasion man.
All of them swarming all over the court.

Back to the story, we played 2 vs 2 amongst ourselves. Played for about 2 hrs.
Mark was a noob. I teamed with him the last round.
And we fought 10-10 to 10-7 down.
Guess what the noob did?
I gai Nick Tan and the ball dropped to him.
He chose to pass the ball to me when he could have just shot.
Bugger, he lost the game for us.
Damn.. hahahhaa

Ate at Pizzahut with Wuqi and Mark.
Student meals looks appealing and it rose to a bomb of 9 bucks.
Wth, we paid 9 bucks to get our stomach bloated.
We went our separate ways later with Wuqi playing badminton with Kenneth and co.
Mark went to poly open house.
And me??
I went to work!!! WTH.
This is getting irritating.
I only got 2 customers today after 7 hours at the counter.
I can't believe that I actually slept at the counter today for about 10 min until some coustomer woke me up. Zzz...

Tomorrow'as my off.
I am going back to school to take Eagles Award.
Anyway, getting scared/nervous/panicky over O lvl results.

Shall update about yersterday and today.
Woke up at 8 am to play basketball with Nick, Mark and Gewei.
Been such a long time since we got together to play.
Felt like years since we last got together.

Well, we played amongst ourselves first.
turned out to be a farce since no one was taking it seriously.
Some pros challenged us later and we got totally thrashed.
O well, at least it was 11-3.

We had a rematch and it was 11-5.
Decent score since we had like a all scout team compared to a school basketball team.
must practice more but work keeps taking up my time.
getting annoying..

yeah, forgot to mention that my Christmas counter is changed to the New Year counter now.
Boring.. I am like rotting down there.
Was quite sick during work and fell asleep immediately when i got home.

As for today,
went for church in the morning after like 2 weeks of absense.
The service made me feel bad as the speaker mentioned that we were only mouthing the song lyrics and not actually singing. He also added that most people do not understand the meaning of true worship.
Well, I am still new to the faith and I guess this should take a while to get used to.

Anyway, went to work as usual.
Nothing much to describe.
Met up with Wuqi, Jia Sheng, Brit, Michelle and two other girls from their school.
Erm, one is called Yi hui (I think) and the other erm I forgot but she has a erm intruiging personality.
Was late for about 30 min as I got work.

Played pool for like 2 hrs. Haha, it seemed that Brit and I always win when we tag team together. No matter how lucky it is and it happened again like twice in a row today until our streak got ended by the great Wuqi once again.
Looks like luck can't get past skill that often.

So not really looking forward to work tmr.

New Year

Very very late post.
But still, Happy New Year!!!

Anyway, shall update about what happened on the 31st.
Wuqi and I met up with Chee Kheong, Valerie and Jocelyn.
Had no idea who suggested going to Discovery Centre.
Argh, turned out to be a waste of money. $10 admission fee and we barely did anything there.
Well, no one wanted the free calender so I took it. :p

We figured that it was going to be a waste of time so we decided to go to the science centre.
$3 admission fee and it turned out to be much more fun than discovery centre.
Haha, we went to whack the hammer to test our strength at the science centre.
Spent quite a long time there.
Met up with Michelle later on when she finished work.
Played pool at Marina Square. had no idea where Jocelyn and Valerie went though.
Chee Kheong and Wuqi were like pro, finish one game in like 5 min.
Then you got the noobs like Michelle and I where we took 10 min+ to finish the game.

Watched Bedtime Stories later on.
Turned out to be quite funny but I felt certain parts of the show was too rushed.

They say that fairytales don't happen in life in the show at the start but in the end it's up to us to make that happen.

Ate at erm Justnoodles later. Got free flow of ice cream and drinks.
yum yum, finished like about 6 scoops of ice creams.
Went Aloysius house later where Brit and her sister was already there.
played Mahjong and Wii for a while.
We played the werewolf game later and everyone was deceived by me. hahaha, I make such a good liar. Played until like 2am till Brit had to go.

Girls went to sleep at 2:30 to 6.
We didn't sleep at all but we decided to take a power nap at 6:10.
We woke up at 9 plus instead.
Went to work and Chang went to stay over at my house.

Shall update about Christmas.
Yeah, This year is the first time celebrating Christmas as someone suggested something about gift exchange.
O well, i browsed through Lot 1 for about an hour and couldn't find anything good.
So i bought 3 cups for $20 (Offer) and gave them to Hui Sin, Yu Xuan and for the gift exchange.

haha, I gave Salina a teddy bear, budget one. :p

Well, they did find the price of my cups and called me cheapskate. Oops..

Anyway, went Aloysius's house to have a Christmas party after wrk.

Got to know a few Kranji people like Valeri, Jocelyn and Aloysius's cousin

Quite fun, I played mahjong. (first time playing in real life)

Learn online while playing viwawa hahaha.

Had gift exchange at Michelle's house later.

Argh, turns out someone even more budget than me. I got a $4 -$5 bottle from popular.

Gee..

Played some err game the girls suggested.

Gave up after a while, we played murderer and I was quite good at it. hahaha

Played some game Kenneth suggested which was pretty intriuging and fun.

I think i was super high that today, kept blabbering on and on...

O well, it keeps everyone awake. (=

We didn't sleep at all.

Went coffeshop and ate toast and egg. Disgusting and crappy.

Played pool later with Jia Sheng and Wuqi at Bukit Timah.

Went to sleep that day at 10 pm and woke up at 3pm to work.

Argh, that felt crappy.

Today marks my 60th post and the beginning of a new day.
Was supposed to play bball at 9:30 and ended up being woken up by Mark at 9:20.
Played with Wuqi, Mark, Xavier, Joshua and his three classmates.
Pretty fun, played till 11 plus.

Met up with brit and kenneth supposedly to watch twilight.
But ended up playing bowling.
First game-53 points. argh
Second game-88 points.
Yay, I even striked once haha.

Pool was fun also, not much highlights there.
Played table tennis with Wuqi and jia Sheng at CCK sports complex later.
Very fun. Jia Sheng was very nice, he gave Wuqi and I free chocolate for Christmas present
Wah, I barely know him and he gives me a present.

On the other note, I hate saying bye to friends nowadays.
You just get the feeling that you are never ever going to see them again.
These words like "Bye, see you again some other day." sounds like hollow promises that are not going to be kept.
For now, I can only cherish the times i have before we go our separate ways.
The phrase "Friends come and go" is indeed very true.

Memories of the times spent just keeps resurfacing to my mind,
Attempts to banish these memories are hard and I have no idea why I am dwelling over these now.
Trying hard not to think about it now but I do feel sad though.
Cannot seem to find the words to describe what I am feeling now.
There seems to be a hollow and emptiness I am feeling now.

Keep asking myself why do I even try at times,
Just foolish thoughts on my part.

Rare moment for me to blog since I am always at work.
Brief update on my work.
Well, it's still as boring and I really regretted agreeing to work from 2 to 10.
Saw Mrs Deborah Tan, Nick leong and Yi Chin these few days.

Anyway, went out on Saturday morning to swim(play water).
I was intially against the idea as I don't really like swimming and was tempted to play pool with my classmates but o well I went in the end.
Went to Chinese Gardens there to swim with Nick, Jon, Wuqi, Jia Lei, Joshua, Jia Sheng.
Wait at the Wave pool for wave to come but only 30 min later did it come.
Wuqi scares me to tell me that he lost both our keys.
Jia Lei saves the day by finding it in the wave pool.
Supposed to go to work at 2.
But ended up leaving there at 2 and reaching there at 2:40.

Sunday, went yew tee to play soccer for an hr in the rain.
Blunder from the start. Air Kick.
Redeemed myself a bit by making 2 heroic double saves. haha, quite tyco.
Rushed off to work.

As for today, changed to morning shift which explains why I am blogging now.
Played pool with Chang, Tang and Hui Sin at Snooker Zone near Tp Lib.
Pretty fun.. i guess..
Chang was late for like an hour.

It's really exhausting to work from 2 to 10 and I am sure glad that this shift is going to end this week and I can go back to to 10.
Can't wait to get my paycheck!
I want to get a guitar, basketball, a soccer game and maybe a book if I have the money.
Anyway, my off day is on Sunday. Anyone with things to do, please ask me out.
I need to do something fun on my off.

Hey, it's my second week at NTUC. I have been shifted from my assignment of refilling stocks to an even more slackier job.
I am assigned to a booth that takes Christmas Orders like turkeys/ham/sausages/cakes
which is super boring as no one orders!! I am practically rotting over there.
The average people who order daily are about 4 which is like...
I just sit down for 7 hours just to do that, literally money given to you for doing nothing.
Actually so bored that I actually tried writing with my left hand for an hour on one of the days.
Someone just pay me a visit!!! I am dying over there.

My off day was on Monday which I was supposed to go out with Wuqi, Jia Lei, Brit, Gail and Michelle at 10am.
But I woke up at 10:10! And I got a sudden burst of adrenline rush, hurried a sms to Wuqi to tell him that I was going to be late which turned out that he was late also. -.-"
Reached CCk Mrt at about 10:30 and turned out that Brit was the only one there with Wuqi.
Turned out that she waited at about half an hour for us. Sorry...

To cut the long story short, went Macs to eat with both wuqi and Brit not eating...
Convinced Jia lei to come..
Went Jurong East to meet with Brit's fren..
Smart Wuqi thought Marina Square was at Marina Bay
Played pool for 2 hrs, almost won one impossible game to win haha
Went Settler's Cafe and I slipped over there, so embarassing
Fully booked, so wasted trip.

Been too lazy to update..

It has been exactly a week since I have started work at NTUC Toa Payoh branch.
Working hours 5 to 10.
I am posted to the Frozen Food/Dairy department.
Life has been quite montonous so far, it's just refilling Meiji milk stocks when they are empty
and other fairprice products such as butter...
Pretty boring but it beats staying at home doing nothing.
The worst part of it is the apron which makes me look like a complete idiot. )=

As for the people working there, two more people are in my department which is kind of pathetic. Sembian(Sam) is the Team Leader, very nice person and Alicia, some 20+ woman working there. All of them treat me pretty nice, haha. Get treats once in a while. =p

There's still Chang working at the Veggies department and I got to know 2 more people from fruits. Both of them from Bowen Secondary School, one called Hui Xin and the other called Shyrial? Lol, forgot how to spell her name.

Got posted to some new job yesterday which is damn slack! I am just supposed to sit at some corner and wait for customers to order turkey/ham/sausages from me for the festives.
Lol, i sat down there for about 6 hours yesterday with only 4 customers coming, haha.
But I am told that it would be pretty busy coming down to the Christmas period.

Today's my off day anyway, going to Kai xiang's house with Jon and maybe Wuqi.
Might update later, depends on whether I am feeling like a pig.

Too tired yesterday to post, but it was fun!
CCA ceremony yesterday, finally the long awaited award.
Reached HQ at 9:57 am with Nick, lol we are finally early for the first time.

We played taiti as usual in the HQ as it was a waste of time...
Jia Lei suddenly pang sei for service scout, Shannon and I wasted hell lot of time
trying to persuade him to come but "I want to lvl up in Maple." Asshole..

Made friends there at HQ, one joker called Nelson who is a sec 3.. which is like
damn pro, getting CCA at sec 3. He suans Gabriel Goh all the time, Suanning him
fat and all, lol. Damn joker..

Another guy there called Justin from Montford Sec. Quite joker also, pity to know
the both of them on the last day. Rehearsals were fun with the recipents standing in 2 opposite rows, haha. My row was the joker row, with Nelson, Justin, Shannon, Nick and me.
We were all not sure about the beat lol, so we just crapped our way through. Haha!

Too tired to post about yesterday. So shall update today.
Went church on Sunday, class was combined for all 4 lvls.
Suprisingly boring..

Went Queensway later with Nick and Wuqi. (Jia Lei pang sei)
Went walking around for 3 hrs but bought nothing!!! Lol.
Finally bought my dark blue sneakers that cost 20 bucks.
Not bad...

Supposed to play basketball but Mark was overseas...
In the end, they went to my house instead with Gewei joining us.
Quite fun at my house, haha.
Wuqi duelled with Gewei for a while, completely hilarious.
And obviously, Gewei lost haha.
Played taiti for a while with loser having to do something..(private)
I lost twice and got freaking humiliated.
Well, all of us lost so it was quite comical.

That was about all for yesterday.

As for today, went for job training at Fairprice Training Institute.
Got lost and called Chang a few times, woke him up though. Haha, he was quite pissed.
Turned out to be freaking boring, it was like class all over again but it was from 9am to 5:30pm.
Sat at a table with 4 ppl working at Thomson Plaza and with only me working at Toa Payoh..
They were all quite nice people, 2 guys 2 girls but they are working as cashiers so they have to go for training for 2 more days. Sad, haha.
One girl is called Jasmine from Deyi, and the other one is called Violet. The guys are called... I forgot.. but they are quite friendly.. (:

Some Malay girl seemed quite.. Shall not criticise her here but nvm you get the point..
Saw Nick Chee with Ian at Lot 1, pretty random..
Sam came my house and played Gunz for a while and free loaded like a pig...

Was supposed to meet up with Nicholas at 9am but overslept and woke up at 8:50am. :p
Rushed all the way to the MRT and reached at 9:20 and realised he wasn't there yet.
Turned out that he was even later than me. -.-"
Reached Bishan at around 10:10 when we were supposed to be there at 10.

Prepared a gift for my parents and did some footdrill rehearsals for ceremony.
Went for lunch, blar blar blar...
Whole day seemed to drag on.
Encountered some problems with some aspects of the ceremony we were in charge of.
Supposed to call people today but heck, shall do it tmr. :p

Slept at 7pm as I was really really tired.
And woke up at 10pm.
What a bum I am.

Job training starts on Monday and I get paid for that suprisingly.
Cannot believe that I am starting work so fast.
Dreading certain people I call friends who promised to get me into trouble when I am working.
Haha. Going church tomorrow, and might be going out with Wuqi and Nick later.

I really really need to rest..
Haven't stayed at home the whole day since the chem paper.
Just been going out non-stop.
Thought that today would be the day but Jon thought so otherwise.

Persuaded me to go Darrell's house of which I did.
Marcus, Jon and I met at KAP macs for breakfast.
The trend seemed to be the 2 dollar budget meal.
Played table tennis where i got thrashed in the first 3 rounds where i was seriously off form.
Got my form back later and won 3 in a row later (=
Played doubles with me and Jon Vs Marcus and Darrell.
Suprisingly we won with Jon's terrible tag team skills.

Got a call from the Job Agency which I went like 1 week ago and the woman said that I got accepted.
Damn, have to work at NTUC, the Toa Payoh branch. )=
Well, it's for the money and the job..

Went swimming later. Fooled around in the pool for about an hour then ate lunch
Stupid $5 Oyster cake was a scam, seemed like $3 only..
Went Jon's house to slack later.
Learnt how to play the piano a bit and got thrashed by Jon in fools ball at his house.
Went back and play gunz.

Time to get my act together, haha.

Got rehearsal Scouts Ceremony tmr for the whole day.

She said she will call us back, hopefully I will get a job.

Been a hectic and busy week so far after the disasterous chem paper,

Wednesday
After chem paper, emo faces all around with JJ and I going mad after the paper, going hysterical over how many marks we lost.
Went BK and ate budget student meal and went cage to play for 4 hrs.
I was like some ball-magnet, zzz.
First, John smacked the ball into my face and JJ rammed the ball to my ... TWICE.
Horrible cage experience. ):
Tang suggested going his house to stay overnight to watch DVDs and stuff.
Since I was bored, decided to tag along. Haha, first time going stay overnight at friend's house.
Caleb, Chang, Wei Sheng and I went.

All of them had PSPs except me.. so decided to try to learn how to play guitar.
Lol, fall for u is like so simple, bet i can do it soon once i get my own guitar.
Tang played the guitar until he bled, that was sick.
Slacked a while more till 11, then decided to watch SAW I AND II,
Wei Sheng was like damn scared while Caleb was like being his usual self, sleeping as usual.
Stayed up till the Spurs VS Pool carling cup match.
Fantastic performance by Campbell and I can't believe they didn't wake me up at second half.
O well, at least i caught 3 goals.
That practically sums up Wedsnesday and with Wei Sheng and Caleb acting like what couples do in bed when we were going to sleep. Haha

Thursday
Went MArk's house in the noon with Wei Sheng after overnight at Tangs.
Gym-ed for a while till guard chased us out coz we were not residents.
Played soccer with some Malays till Wei Sheng got injured.
Saw the bugger with the purple shirt playing bball as well.
If you were there, you would be tempted to punch him. Long story...

Been damn long since I blogged..
Finally, Os are almost over. 2 more retarded Mcqs left only.
Played bball in the morning at 8 with mark and nick.
Suprisingly, both of them were still sleeping and I thought I was late. -.-"
Played 3 vs 3 with some nice bengs and we won. I was on fire, lol.

Nick later slammed the ball into my ... and he claimed that it was an accident.
Rest a while, then play full court with them 5vs 5.
Lost 22-20.
Freaking exhausted..
They wanted another round of full court and we were like wtf..
but we agreed because we scared they whack us up lol.

Ate breakfast at some kopitiam of which it was a scam..
2.70 for been hoon, sausage and fish cake.
Went back and played bball again..
2 vs 3. Me and mark vs 2 gals+ lu zhi's fren.
Won 7-3.
Lol, lu zhi's fren is like damn funny.
Tell the two gals to mark Mark and say in chinese he can take me.
Turned out that i scored 4 with him taking me. haha.

Been job hunting nowadays by reading classified.. all the jobs like crap.
Got an offer to work as a waiter at some restaurant at novena but still thinking about it.
Thinking of working to save up to buy my guitar.
Newfound hobby for the holidays.

Well, been too lazy to update nowadays so shall give a brief update.

Monday
Went to mug with Wuqi at Woodlands library for like 2 hours.
Got invite for ice skating but we decided not to since we didn't know how to skate, lol.
Didn't want to waste money humilating myself anyway.

Tuesday
Wanted to play badminton with Wuqi, Shannon and Jon but badminton court booked in the afternoon, so we made a change of plans to play pool/table tennis with them in the afternoon at Mark's house. Lol, kind of funny to see Shannon and Jon's expression of the table tennis table.
Anyway, was pretty good in singles and well, my pool skills improved by a bit.
Shannon and Wuqi were pro.
Mugged at home later. (=

Wednesday
Slacked the whole day at home. Got mug a bit also.

Thursday
Tuition in the morning. Played ds half the day and was pretty distracted the whole day.

Today
Played badminton in the morning with Nick, Wuqi and Xavier?? Some 431 dude.
Was the lousiest of all and well didn't really manage to win any sets, lol.
Played doubles with me and Xavier VS Nick and Wuqi.
Won the last one 22-20!! Lol, thanks to Xavier's smash, impossible to return.

Church

Went to Delvin's church today which is called Holy Trinity Centre which is located near Serene Centre. It's a Christian church and since there was a special service for newcomers, I decided to tag along and find out what Christianity is all about.

Turned out that the church was pretty big and they started off by singing songs to praise God.
There was a drama show called "Exit", which focussed on what Christianity means to different people. There was service and reflection later on and the whole service ended at around 12pm.
What I have learnt is that all of us are sinners and we should repent for the sins that we have committed in our lives and seek salvation. That's the general idea of it.
The whole experience was interesting and I don't mind going to church again next week but Adams Road is kind of far from CCK. Maybe, I shall go to Jon's church next week.

Reached home at around 2pm.
Wu qi and Nick came to my house for a short while at around 3pm in eager anticipation for bball at 4pm.
As usual, Gewei was late by like 40min..zzz
Played till 7pm, 3 matches of 5 vs 5 where we lost all of them. ): Sigh. Well, they were narrow defeats.
Ate at KFC with Mark, Wuqi and Gewei till something unpleasant happened to me.
Shall not elaborate on that..

Hopefully, I can get into the examination mood now as it is not long to Os.

Saturday
Woke up at 9:30am because wanted to chiong some tution hw as it starts at 11am.
Turned out that Sam forgot to tell the tution teacher that he got church camp, so my tution time change to 10:30am. In the end, only managed to finish 3qs.

Slacked and played com for a while and was quite pissed as I couldn't get into the Internet and Msn. Was about to take a nap, then Jia Lei ask me go watch movie with him. Went along with him since it was FREE, turned out that he got extra tickets.

Since it was so last minute, we were obviously late for the movie Money Not Enough 2 which started at 4:30pm but we reached there at 4:45.
I thought the movie was going to be dumb but turned out to be quite sentimental and quite touching.
Really depicted the typical S'porean lifestyle and the bad side of human nature.

A bit of spoilers here,
During one part when the mother was been dumped around like thrash with the three brothers taking her in residence on alternate days. Sigh, the elder bro was kind of nice, gave her a bed at least, while the second bro make her sleep beside the toilet and the third brother, made her sleep in the toilet. What an ass..
And at the ending part of the show, when the mother was hospitalised and the granddaughter in a car accident with both needing O- blood. The daughter-in-law snatched the blood meant to be for the grandmother to gave it to her daughter. In the end, there was a tug of war for the blood.
The grandmother seeing that, took out her life supports and sacrificed herself for the grand daughter.
Well, another movie that makes me think more about family relations and to cherish those bonds better..

Anyway, there is an article on today's papers. Saturday.
Interesting topic about private banking, thinking about pursuing that job in the future..
Hope tmr doesn't rain though, been raining for the last couple of days.

Friday was Teacher's Day!!
And also the day for the retarded ACES workout.
Well, to be more detailed. The ACES workout was a Sazor X/Power Ranger dance workout.
Gee, we are in secondary school already, still doing such childish workouts.
O well, since this is my last yr, I don't really mind now.
Next was the Teacher's Day Concert.
It was like a tryout for SJI idol, all the CMI (Cannot Make It) singers trying to sing..
The whole performance was so crappy this yr except for the Teacher's Skit and some of the other singers. Sch ended at around 11:30 am.

Decided to go back to DLS for the last yr with Wu Qi following me.
Sigh, turned out that nobody from our batch went back to DLS.
So boring...
Anyway, the $1 nasi lemak was not bad, that we decided to buy two bowls, lol.
Went to play bball at the DLS bball court.
Yay, I can slam dunk at that court. (:
Played soccer with some p5 and p6 later, lol so boring, not even one shot on target on me.
Feeling super bored, Wu qi and I wanted to play basketball but...

Michelle came with her bro and Brittania, my ex classmate.
Played singles with her bro and got totally thrashed. So embarrassing.
We continued playing till 6pm and the three of us, Wu qi, yanyi and me went to Lot 1 and eat.

Reached Lot1, then yy saw her guy classmates who were kind of tall.
Then she come and suan us, say we short. -.-" She's only 159, lol.
Anyway, interesting tips from her.
Ideal height for guys is 175cm and the difference between a guy and a girl must be around 10cm.
Hmm, interesting..
Ate at Long John, then when we were about to leave, Wu qi spilled his drink on me. What an ass..

Went home and watched tv till I fell asleep at 11pm.

Saturday.
Woke up at 8am, all refreshed and hyped up to play basketball.
But it was raining. -.-
Went back to sleep and we set the bball match to 3pm.
Mark suddenly ask me go play table tennis with him.
Since I got nothing to do, might as well go play.
Lol, we were acting stupid. I was representing China and he was representing S'pore.
First match, I gave him chance. He won 4-3.
I totally dominated him in the next match, 4-1. Decided not to give in anymore. (=
It was like 12pm.

Decided to go eat lunch at Lot 1, Jia Lei went to join us.
I ate Yong Tau Foo which cost like $4. So ex..
It was going to reach 3 already but it rained AGAIN.
Change of plans, decided to go and play pool at Mark's house.
So In the end, me, mark, jia lei, nick and eman went to his house and play pool.
First match: Eman Vs Jia Lei -no contest. (No prizes for guessing who won)
Second match- Mark Vs NIcholas (Nicholas won)
Third Match- Me Vs Mark's sister??? (Omg, I lost to his p6 sister. -.-")
Well, it was my second time playing, so it was no wonder that I lost.
I recorded my first victory against Jia Lei later on..
In the end, we played pool till 6pm but we only book until 5pm. Lol we scammed the security guard 4 bucks but he say it's ok. So Nice.

Ate dinner at Lot 1. Jia Lei filled me in about 4bia, the new horror show on the block. Geez, I listen to him summarise the show, i so scared already.
On the way back home, Mark and I so paranoid, keep thinking about spooky stuff linked to the show.
Went to watch tv later.
Some show on Star Movies called Bridge of Terabithia.
The show is about two kids (guy and girl) having their imaginations go wild and thinking that the jungle is some sort of kingdom.
They built a tree house there and were really close.
Sigh, one day the guy go to the art museum with the teacher and didn't go to the jungle with her. Well, the girl died while trying to cross the river. (Rope snapped)
It was so sad, seeing the guy so emo as he was really close with the girl.
Lol, he bashed up some guy who said: "Looks like you're the fastest runner in the class now."
because the guy and the girl were both the fastest runners in the class.
Learnt to cherish the people around me after the show.

Anyway, I would like to say sorry to those people I hurt directly/indirectly. Guess I was too insensitive at times, didn't really mean it. Sorry. (:

E maths was kind of ok except one part when i screw up and got -ve area of sector??? lol
Physics is doomed, paper 1 was kind of hard too but paper 2 is the one that's going to kill me. ):

Anyway, just watched some horror show on Star Movies.
Show name called 28 Weeks Later.
Storyline about the whole of Britain been "infected" with everyone turning into zombies.
There's a couple hiding with some people inside some cottage, then the zombies start attacking them.
The guy got scared and abandoned his wife when he could have saved her. What an ass..
Turned out that the wife didn't die because her blood is immune to the virus.
They saved her and brought her to some quarantine area, them the husband go and kiss her for forgiveness.. -.-
The wife bit him and he got infected. Damn dumb...
He goes on a mad killing/infecting spree until the whole city is infected again.
Whole storyline is kind of lame and I thought it would be nice because the prequel 28 days later
was kind of nice.
Cannot believe I "jumped" at some scene twice.
Looks like I am not a horror flick type of person.

Tomorrow is LAST day of prelims!!!
Finally, it's going to be over.
School just doesn't feel right these days.
Can't wait for it to be back to normal.

Brief update...
Screwed up my english oral big time..
oral and pic came out about disabled people, so not that bad..
I was thinking that the convo would most probably be "Talk about a trip when you helped a disabled person."
But it came out "What do you think about natural beauty?"

I was like stunned. Real stunned. Stoned there for 20 seconds till she told me i could begin.
Totally talked nonsensical stuff, don't want to talk about it already ):

Prelims are ongoing now and the papers are kinda ok to be suprising..
Got B3 for my chinese and no point retaking since I got pass for my oral which is not suprising as I mixed up the chinese name for poly and for jc. The examiners were like "huh?" as I mixed up the points.. zzz nvm.

Got my english oral tmr and hopefully I will not screw up like the chinese one.
E maths paper 1 and chem paper 1 tmr also. Should be ok.

Can't believe I am saying all this but I missed the scouting experience.

Woke up at 9 am after sleeping at 1:30 am, not bad. Considering I always wake up at 12 plus if I slept at 1 am. Watched some show on channel 55 till I got tution at 1pm till 2:30 pm. Almost slept during tution, too drowsy from ytd I guess.. Went to watch some hilarious Chinese show where the celebrities are in a class watching some comedians do some funny show. If they laugh, they get spanked in the ass. lol.

Went to the market to get a hair cut.. had to wait for like 40 min. Lucky, I bought newpaper or else I would have died of boredom. Sigh, now my hair super short, not really that nice. ):
Got back at like 5pm, then nick tell me need to do some stupid PLTC report. Sian, wanted to slack the whole day one now forced to do this lame report. O well, might as well get this done and over with. Finally finished the report at 6:30pm, dunno what to do now also..

Geez, 6 more wks to prelims.. Need to get the momentum going on to study, so might not be blogging too often already.. Good luck ppl.

Slept at 1:30 am yesterday. And well, woke up at 8:20 today, thinking that it was 7:40. So I took my time eating breakfast and I was about to go and bathe, then I saw the time on the clock, 8:58. Crap, I was supposed to be in school at 9am! Was thinking up of lame excuses to explain why I am late in the bus but she didn't say anything at all. phew...

Studied Chem and English, then lunch time at 12:40. Went serene centre with Chang and Ashwin. Lol, Ashwin and I suan Chang coz he kept looking at girls throughout the bus journey until he go emo. O well, kinda bad of me but at least I said sorry. (:

Study crap finally finished at 4:30pm. Took bus with Ashwin back to CCK, then went home to rest before going out to Jurong to have dinner. Geez, they suddenly say go play pool, lol I dun even know how to hold the cue stick. O well, i tagged along anyway. Was trying to convince Jia Lei to go coz he suddenly wanted to pang sei and eat at Lot 1 and I did convince him. What a pro I am! (:

Reach Jurong already, was about to go and play pool. Then we found out that Jia Lei and Yan Yi cannot go coz they were underage. Went to play arcade later. played the bball thiing at the arcade. Lol jia lei was damn noob, but cannot blame him. "Different people got different talent." as quoted by him. Lol. Wu qi and I team up later then got 537 points. hehe, not bad. Watched the girls play some dancing game and they were like super pro, wondered how they did that.

Ate dinner after 20 min of discussion whether to go Moss, Cafe Cartel, Long John. In the end, decided to go foodcourt lol. Went home later and now chatting on msn and blogging as well. Blogging some other time...

Just watched this damn nice show called The Boy Girl Thing.

The storyline is about some nerdy girl and some guy in a football team having a hatred towards each other. Somehow, they changed bodies and now the guy is in the girl's body and the girl is in the guy's body, so yeah. So, there is an interview for the girl to go to Yale while the guy is having some football match of his life but they changed bodies. So the football guy has to mug and now the girl must know how to play football. Well, they mugged together and played football together, and they succeeded in it somehow. What a love show, you should really go watch it! (=

O well, been going to school for the previous 4 days to mug in the library, well not my choice. From 9am to 4:30pm, omg man can die but I guess it's good preparation for Os. Anyway Chang's mum damn nice, buy us chicken rice on Tuesday and PIZZA on Wedsnesday plus chicken wings!!! So nice.

Anyway, tmr last day can finally slack.... gonna go out after the whole study crap and have dinner with Wu qi and co. O well, pretty random but nice knowing people. (=

Been reading through my friendster testimonials, brings back a sense of nostalgia in me. First testimonial given by Sam koh, haha. First few posts all saying that I will become SPL if I want it, haha. Kinda funny when thinking about it now when all of us are going to step down already.

Was reading the testimonials I gave to Kenny, haha telling him to study for Os and stuff, I guess it's my turn to start studying now. ): And after the TP collab, came along all the funny rumours about relationships. haha, it was fun back then. It is reaching O level soon, end of my s4 yr soon, still can't bear thinking about leaving behind SJI and frens but it has to come.

For now, I just have to cherish the time I have left.

Back from PLTC/UTC, five day camp.

Working in the camp as camp staff and not one who gets screwed in the camp! (=

So fun seeing the juniors making mistakes simliar to us in the past.

They disappointed though, only got camping standard on last day.

Anyway, got hell lot of mosquito bites in the camp and I got injured again!!!

UTC Sec 2- Stung by bee.

PLTC Sec 3- Pole fell on my head. Ouch.

PLTC Sec 4- Finger cut by bamboo. I was bleeding all over the canteen.

Sigh, I am just so injury prone.

And, lunch in the camp was spectacularly good. A lump of spaghetti-poriddge!
Too bad, I didn't take a picture of it. Must really thank the cook for it!
Stepping down soon already but still can't imagine the sec3s stepping up yet, oh well.

Been reflecting about my life today..
Realised that I have let a lot of ppl down in my life.
My parents, my teachers...
Back in sec 1, Thought that I was smart enough and decided to slack...
and look what happened in sec2, didn't study at all and ended up in 325.
Let down my frens and especially, Mr Charles...
He had such high hopes for me and yet I let him down.
Still rmbed what he said to me
"Leonard, been in 325 doesn't mean u're stupid. You still can make an impact
both in ur life and others as well."
I was so motivated back then, inspired to study and get good results.

Look what happened..
Sec 3 term 1 results not gd, well i blamed nspc for that..
Sec 3 term 2 results not gd, i blamed myself for slacking and promised not to do that..
Sigh, why must I be like this?

Well, the exams are over and finally having some free time..
Until intensive chinese comes along...
madness of 4 chinese periods daily...

Played soccer and bball today..
Me, Gewei, Wu qi and Nick vs 4 random soccer dudes
well we totally thrashed them and I was playing as a striker at the ending
so it kinda showed how noob they were.
Wanted to play 2 vs 2 bball, but 3 random bball dudes came and challenge us
Well, we got thrashed! from 6-1, to 6-7.. wth
Might be playing soccer tmr..

Just realised that friendster sucks, attempting to use facebk now since it's a new trend
according to Gewei.. Realised that it's kinda retarded but well at least I can find my old
pri sch mates....

Sports Fiesta

Well. it looks like I did play for sports fiesta...
Decided that I should not stay and rot at home.
Came to school at around 8am and saw rubengan.
Match started soon.
Scholars, 435 pro team were in our pool.
We watch the 435 team beat the scholars 2-0 and we thought we had a chance..

But..
I played sub for first match.
Starting Line Up was Wei Sheng and John Mak up front, Josias and Benjee and Khairul as Keeper...
We got demolished in the first half 3-0.. zzz
Second Half 4-0 and with 15 seconds left on the clock, John Mak had the courtesy to let me play. wow what a gentleman.
1st to 3rd sec - Ran to the pitch where the action was.
4th to 6th sec - Wei Sheng got the ball after some confusion.
7th to 9th sec- He spots me and pass it to me!
10th to 14th sec - I sprint with the ball and aim for glory..
15th sec- Full time whistle!
What an impact I made! lol

Second Match was one hr later..
I did play for the whole match this time as keeper. Yay!

Match Analysis
2 min- Made a fingertip save...
4 min- Went sliding out to clear the ball.
John was getting owned by the scholar defenders meanwhile.
First Half over. 0-0

Second Half starts.
Josias shoots from kick off and very nearly scores, what an effort..
9th min is when I let in a goal. geez.
Scholars played some 1 touch football and got our defence stunned, leaving me as a sitting duck.
1 vs 1 situation.., well i could have done better..

10th min, almost conceded again.
Was going to catch the ball after a scholar attack but I realise I was standing out of the line.
So quickly dropped the ball to prevent a corner but some scholar stoled the ball.
Ball bouncing along the line and this is when I punch the ball away to safety! Outstanding keeping! lol.

13th min, well we conceded again, partially my fault. Could have stopped that.

2-0, we lost and $2.50 gone for 1 match and 15 seconds of humiliation.
Oh well, at least I didn't waste the Sat morning.

Went to eat with Josias and Sheng at Lot 1, the new food court opened at the 4th floor.
All the prices all so ex alr, my duck rice cost me $3.80 alr.
Went home ltr and play some com games to waste time.

Wanted to play bball but no one wants to play except gewei and mark, oh well..
And Why is my nose red!!!
zzz, spam pimple cream to no effect.
Sigh...

Exams are finally over... YES!
Most stressful wk I ever had, been last min mugging..
Judging from the papers,
I dun think I can pass L1R5.
Sigh, I actually did sorta "mug" for the MYEs
Like going tp lib mug every sat
but dunno how come paper so hard.
Need to buck up soon..

Feeling bored and lonely now.
Nothing to do and with nobody to talk to..
Dunno what I should do tmr, cannot stay in the house all day long..
Maybe go out watch movie..

And should I play for sports fiesta?
I know we are gonna get owned but they want me to play.
And I am not like the best keeper u can find in sch...
and Chinese Os is like 2 wks away from sports fiesta
If sprain my hand, die alr...

Been a while since I updated...
30th blog post! Suprising that my blog is still alive after so long.
Had Chinese Prelims today...
Paper 1 was ok, maybe cannot do well for bao zhang bao dao
Paper 2, passage b and close passage damn hard.. there goes my A2!

Played bball to destress ltr, scored 5 out of 7 balls.
What a "team" player I am. lol
Went to swim at Mark's hse at around 4 coz weather so hot
Slacked there until like 5, Mark keep thinking that got chio girls at pool but
when he put on his specs, he saw guys. lol!

Still can't believe I am still slacking now, only one more wk to important subjects..
Must try to find motivation to study!
zzz, shall try to study now..

Thought that I could do well with training this noon

I sprained/fractured my right wrist...
And it's only 2 more days to the competiton!

Next, Chem, went to lab to do up our portfoilio
Most retarded chem prac I had..
I did the experiment with Chang where we are supposed to
heat the crucible wif the magnesium ribbon inside..

We thought the crucible cool alr, then we put on the table..
"Eh, how come got smoke coming out eh?"
"Must be the magnesium inside.."
"Something smells bad, what is it?"
"Omg, the freaking table is burning!" :p
We accidentally burnt the table.. haha (:

Fiaso #2
"Err, I think we should let the air enter the crucible."
"Okay.."
5 sec later...
"Shit! The crucible broke!"
"Oh boy, u're so screwed.."
"Shit, faster help me clear the evidence!"
Chang immediately dumps the crucible remants and ashes into the dustbin
and gets a new crucible...
Incredibly, Chen never see, kinda blind..
